How to organize applicants by tags

Tags are convenient way to categorize applicants and create shortlists in the Casting tool

You can create custom tags within the system. These tags can then be applied to applicants. You can then create shortlists based on those tags. 

This is a convenient way of creating multiple shortlists based on different criteria. For example, a producer might create tags based on age or occupation and then use those to filter and export a list of applicants.

Create a tag by clicking on the plus sign a the top of the screen


Any new tags that you create will be listed here, ready for use. 

You can now apply these tags to contestants in the list view by using the drop down in the tags column.

This method will help you quickly sort your applicants into different groups. 

You can then filter the list view based on each tag and export the results.
