We serve world-class clients in the fields of media, sports and entertainment across 6 different continents. Over 80% of our revenue comes from clients outside of Finland. 

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will have experience building and deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments, particularly using Google Cloud AI tools. This is an on-site role, and applicants must be comfortable with in-person collaboration and hands-on development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing backend architectures
  • Optimize data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for machine learning models
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance

 

Requirements

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with backend frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Proficient in designing and managing APIs and microservices architectures
  • Skills to manage cloud-native systems and knowledge of Docker for containerized deployments
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing tools (e.g., BigQuery)

 

Additional skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills
  • Experience working with version control systems (Git + GitHub/GitLab)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and system monitoring tools

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI tools (Vertex AI, AutoML, AI Platform, etc.) is preferred
  • Google Cloud certifications related to AI/ML or Cloud Engineering
  • Prior experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision projects
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or public code repositories

 

Interview Process

We prioritize technical skill assessment and team collaboration. Selected candidates will:

  1. Participate in a live coding session during the interview to demonstrate problem-solving and coding ability
  2. Engage in a technical discussion about AI implementation approaches
